Walk by 14 Months Guarantee

At Vonu, we are committed to your baby's developmental success and your satisfaction with our Tummy Time to Walking Kit. We understand that every child develops at their own pace, but if your baby does not start walking by 14 months, we are pleased to offer a money back guarantee under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for the Money Back Guarantee

  • The money back guarantee applies specifically to the Tummy Time to Walking Kit, covering the lounger, shoes, and crawl pads only. Other items purchased with the kit are not refundable under this guarantee.
  • The guarantee is valid if your baby does not take more than 2 steps without falling by the time they reach 14 months of age.
  • You must report that your baby has not walked within 30 days of hitting 14 months, meaning you must notify us before your baby turns 15 months old.

2. Proof of Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, please provide the following:

  • A timestamped video of your baby, taken between their 14th and 15th month, showing that they are unable to walk more than 2 steps without falling. The video metadata will be used to verify the date it was recorded. If we cannot verify the video's age, we may request a live video session to confirm that your baby is not yet walking.
  • A photo of your baby’s birth certificate with all details redacted except for the name and date of birth.

3. Return Process

  • If you meet the eligibility requirements, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the items covered under this guarantee.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. The returned items must be received by us before a refund is issued.

4. Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned items. If your refund has not been processed within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
  • Please note that shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. Preventing Abuse of the Guarantee

  • We strive to ensure that our money back guarantee is fair and beneficial for all customers. While we are committed to honoring valid refund requests, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect any misuse or fraudulent activity.
