Return Policy

At Vonu, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there might be instances when you need to return a product, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless your product is covered under a money back guarantee (e.g. Tummy Time to Walking Kits and Gas and Reflux Relief Kits).

2. Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vonubaby.com or 317-665-6577.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Process

  • You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and returning with the shipping label.
  • Return shipping label costs is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return.
  • You can choose to receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping cost and restocking fee) to your original payment method, or you can opt for an exchange if the same product is available.
  • Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns, as opened items cannot be resold. This fee helps offset the loss from returned items that are no longer suitable for resale.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons or other considerations. These items include Burplee Lounger Covers, Knee Buddys, Burp Boosters, and consumables.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

    7. Processing Time:

    • Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the product and process your refund or exchange.

    8. International Returns:

    • For international returns, please contact our customer support team for further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
