Return Policy

At Vonu, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there might be instances when you need to return a product, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless your product is covered under a money back guarantee (e.g. Tummy Time to Walking Kits and Gas and Reflux Relief Kits).

2. Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vonubaby.com or 317-665-6577.
• Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Process

• You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and returning with the shipping label.
• Return shipping label costs is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund or Exchange:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return.
• You can choose to receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method, or you can opt for an exchange if the same product is available.
• We no longer require customers pay a restocking fee on returned items.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons or other considerations. These items include Vonu Lounger Covers, consumables and our Burp Booster.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Processing Time:

• Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the product and process your refund or exchange.

8. International Returns:

• For international returns, please contact our customer support team for further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
