Return Policy

At Vonu, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there might be instances when you need to return a product, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Customers may be required to submit a photo of their item in good condition prior to the return being approved.
  • Refurbished items are final sale and are nonrefundable.

2. Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vonubaby.com or 317-665-6577.
  • Please provide the following information:
    • order number
    • item you wish to return
    • reason for the return

    Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is approved.

3. Return Process

  • You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and returning with the shipping label.
  • Return shipping label costs is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and purchasing their own return shipping label.
  • Once the return is approved, the customer must ship the item back using a carrier of their choice and provide the tracking number to our support team.
  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer at the time of shipment.
  • After the returned item has been received and inspected, Vonu will reimburse the return shipping cost up to $9.95. Any return shipping cost exceeding $9.95 will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
  • For unopened items, customers will receive a refund for the product price, along with the approved return shipping reimbursement up to $9.95.
  • For opened items, the same return process applies. However, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the product refund due to the personal-use nature of our products and the processing required for opened returns.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are nonrefundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons or other considerations. These items include:
    • Burplee Lounger Covers
    • Knee Buddys
    • Burp Boosters
    • Consumables

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

    7. Processing Time:

    • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2–5 business days for us to inspect the product and process your refund or exchange.

    8. International Returns:

    • For international returns, please contact our customer support team for further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
